Dr. Ezaz艾哈迈德

Dr. Ezaz艾哈迈德 is the Program Chair for the MBA and Professor of 业务 at Columbia College. Dr. Ezaz艾哈迈德 brings a robust body of knowledge in Human Resources, 管理, and 业务 as an academic and researcher. Besides his Ph.D. in Human Resources, Dr. Ahmed has an MBA in International 业务 with distinction and earned his Certificate in 在线 Teaching from the University of Oxford. Dr. Ahmed is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resources 管理 (SHRM), USA and also a professional certified member (CAHRI) by the 澳大利亚n HR Institute (AHRI).

Prior to joining Columbia College, Dr. Ahmed worked over a decade in 澳大利亚 as an academic leader and was the recipient of the Central Queensland University's Students' Voice 奖 for On-Campus and Distance Educator of the year in 2014, 2015, 和2016年. Dr. Ahmed has successfully led high-level teams in critiquing curriculum, developing academic strategies, and coordinating accreditation processes. He has been chosen to chair and invited to contribute for prestigious academic advisory panels, discipline streams in higher education and professional institutions. Dr. Ahmed’s research has been published and presented in international journals and conferences. He has been a member of the inaugural Research Advisory Panel of the 澳大利亚n HR Institute (AHRI), and chair of the Organisational Behavior stream in the 澳大利亚n and New Zealand Academy of 管理 (ANZAM).
